Dunnville Rotary Club

The Dunnville Rotary Club put together a luncheon at my parents' farm and raised over $4000 towards the Huntington's cause.  They are continuing their support by sending out the word to other Rotary clubs and inviting them to support the cause.

Generously donated lunch for the Dunnville Rotary Event, Trans-Canada Bike Ride   T-shirts for Glenneypalooza August long weekend and has pledged $1 for every mile to Huntington Society.  That's $5123 by the end of the bike ride.

Hapi Food's feeding me high energy cereal

Brian and Corin Mullins have graciously supported me with an endless supply of "Holy C.R.A.P" cereal.  (Cranberries, Raisins and Apple Pie)  The main cereal ingredient is Chia or Salvia Hispanica L. which typically contains 20% protein, 34% oil, and 25% dietary fibre. Salvia Hipanica L. contains the highest Omega-3 nutrient source found in nature with perfectly balanced Omega 3, 6, 9 profiles and ratios. Encil House B&B on the Sunshine Coast

Taya and Keith Puiu have one of the most beautiful B&B set in one of the most beautiful setting in B.C. and just a short 20 minute ride from Vancouver to Horseshoebay where you then take a 40 minute ferry ride.   Thank-you to them both for their generous hospitality, and Cassándra, who's dear friends with our hosts.  The home overlooks the sea to sky highway, across the Burrard Inlet.  I imagine my first day's ride from this majestic setting.
